Call for Papers

The 19th China Summer Workshop on Information Management (CSWIM 2026) will take place in Haikou, Hainan, on June 27–28, 2026. This workshop aims to foster communication and research collaboration among Information Systems (IS) scholars from China and around the world and to enhance our understanding of how information technologies and systems impact individuals, businesses, organizations, and societies.

We welcome submissions of original and forward-thinking research papers addressing important and impactful issues concerning theory, design, development, evaluation, and application of information systems and management. Research articles driven by real-world business problems and validated with proper research methodologies are particularly encouraged. To ensure high-quality peer review and scholarly exchange, top-tier journal Senior Editors (SEs) and Associate Editors (AEs) will be invited to serve as discussants for presented papers.

Submission Instructions

The submitted version of each paper must be written in English and submitted as a PDF file through the online submission system at the conference homepage (https://www.paperfox.ai/conference/cswim2026). The paper should adhere to the following general guidelines:

  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt

  • Spacing: single-spaced

  • Length: should not exceed 6 pages in length, including the abstract, keywords, text, figures, tables, references, and appendices

  • Margins: 1-inch on all sides

  • Paper Size: Standard letter (8.5" Γ— 11")

  • Heading Format:
    1 MAJOR HEAD (Bold, all caps, centered)
    1.1 First Subhead (Bold, title case, centered)
    1.1.1 Second Subhead (Bold, title case, flush left)

  • References:

    • Font: Times New Roman 12pt

    • Spacing: Single-spaced with left hanging-indent

    • Order: Alphabetical by author name

    • Style: APA

    • In-text: (Nunamaker 1991) or Nunamaker (1991)

Please use the submission template below to prepare your paper. Original paper submissions should NOT include any author and affiliation information. Papers that do not follow the above instructions may be desk-rejected without a formal review.
