We are pleased to invite you to join us in the Career Fair. As a parallel session of CSWIM 2026, the event is an excellent opportunity to connect with elites in the field of information management. Look forward to your participation.
我们诚邀您参加 CSWIM 2026 的平行活动之招聘会，招聘会是您招募信息管理界英才的良好机会。我们期待您的参与。
Please kindly find the event details as follows:
· Date: 8:30-17:00, June 27-28, 2026 Setup time: 7:30-8:30, June 27, 2026
时间:2025年6月27/28日 8:30-17:00 展位布置时间: 2025年6月27日7:30-8:30
· Venue: Grand Ballroom Hall, The Renaissance Hotel, Haikou
地点:海口万丽酒店宴会厅序厅
· Materials provided by hotel: 1 table and 2 chairs per booth
酒店提供物料:每个展位 1张桌子，2把椅子
· Recommended self-prepared materials by participants: 1 Roll-up banner or X-stand (Size: 80cm×180cm)
建议自备物料:1 个易拉宝或 X 展架(尺寸:80cm×180cm)
*Participants are supposed to bring the self-prepared materials to the venue or by courier service (courier service instructions as attached need to be strictly followed)
参展者需自带自备物料或邮递。如邮递，请严格遵守邮递要求。
· Booth allocation: 20 booths will be offered for free and assigned on a first-come, first served basis based on registration order. Early registration is recommended as booth availability is limited.
展位分配原则:共设 20个展位，展位不收取费用，按注册顺序先到先得，建议尽早注册。
· Registration: Please register by filling the required information on “Questionnaire Star” Platform.
