Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
Once a reservation has been confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted except in cases of force majeure. In the event of cancellation, the full charge for all reserved rooms will apply.
Rate Policy:
The group rates are valid for stays from June 25-29, 2026.
Amendments to Reservation:
Any changes to the check-in date or room type must be submitted to the Reservations Department no later than June 12, 2026. Please contact the Reservations Department at +86 898-6682-6888, extension Reservations.

For questions relating to the conference arrangements, please contact the event organizer directly.
