Conference Badge
Pre-printed conference badges and conference gifts will only be provided for registrants who register before June 20.
Cancellation Policy
Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to cswim2026@hainanu.edu.cn, and are subject to the following schedule:
Received by June 15 (Beijing Time):
Overseas Registration: full refund less $45 administrative fee;
Domestic registration: full refund less 300 Yuan RMB administrative fee.
Received between June 16 – June 25 (Beijing Time):
Overseas Registration: full refund less $90 administrative fee;
Domestic registration: full refund less 600 Yuan RMB administrative fee.
Cancellation requests after June 25 (Beijing Time): Cancellation requests received beginning June 26 (Beijing Time) will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.
