With the rapid evolution of foundation models, these advances are transforming and upgrading smart finance, further expanding the frontier of financial innovation. These technologies enhance the performance of financial systems through predictive analytics, personalized services, and risk management, but they also raise challenges related to ethics, privacy, and regulation. Through keynote speeches and paper sessions, ICSF 2026 will build a bridge between academic research and industry practice, focusing on and addressing these challenges while exploring opportunities for AI-driven financial innovation and market regulation.
