After months of working closely with several conferences during our beta, we're excited to officially launch PaperFox.ai.
Managing submissions, reviews, programs, registration, and websites across multiple systems has long been a challenge for conference organizers. As an academic who has organized conferences of many different sizes, I've experienced these pain points firsthand. Many existing systems have supported the community for years, but we often hear from organizers that they are looking for a more unified, easier-to-use solution with better UI/UX and improved workflows.
With the rapid advancement of AI, this is the perfect moment to build the next generation of academic conference management systems to address these challenges. This vision led us to create PaperFox.ai — an all-in-one, AI-powered platform that brings every part of the conference workflows together in one place. Our goal is simple: reduce administrative burden and provide a smoother, more intuitive experience for chairs, authors, reviewers, and participants.
This official launch is only the beginning. We remain committed to improving and refining PaperFox in close collaboration with the academic community.
