AI COI Discovery

Go to Settings → Conflicts to manage your conflicts of interest.

Click AI COI Discovery to automatically find your co-authors and collaborators from the web. The AI searches your recent publications and identifies potential conflicts. Costs 10 credits.

You'll receive an email when the discovery is complete.

Add Conflicts Manually

Click Add Conflict to declare conflicts yourself.

Enter the person's name, email, and affiliation. Select a category:

• Co-author — Someone you've published with
• Same Affiliation — Colleague from your organization
• Advisor — Your advisor or advisee
• Collaborator — Current or recent research collaborator
• Other — Any other conflict relationship

System-Detected Conflicts

PaperFox automatically detects co-authors from submissions on the platform and colleagues from your organization — no credits required.

Your declared conflicts ensure you won't be assigned papers from collaborators.

Track chairs can validate review assignments using AI COI Check.
