Remove Reviewers
How to remove reviewers from a track, including reviewers with active assignments or completed reviews.
Removing a Reviewer
- Go to Conferences in the sidebar, click your conference, then navigate to the track
- Click "Reviewers" in the track management menu
- Find the reviewer you want to remove and click the trash icon in the Actions column
What Happens When You Remove
The behavior depends on whether the reviewer has active work:

|---|---|
| No assignments or reviews | Removed instantly with a success notification |
| Has active assignments or completed reviews | A warning dialog appears showing what will be deleted |
Warning Dialog for Active Reviewers
If the reviewer has active assignments or completed reviews, a warning dialog shows exactly what will be lost:
The dialog lists:
- Number of active assignments (pending or accepted)
- Number of completed reviews that will be permanently deleted
Permanent deletion
Removing a reviewer with completed reviews will permanently delete all their review data. This action cannot be undone. Consider whether you need to preserve their reviews before proceeding.
Click "Remove Anyway" to proceed, or "Cancel" to keep the reviewer.
